December 15, 2009, Mr. Zeng Huacheng came to our company for researching and giving guidance. He is the Chinese government full time representative for China aid project--African Union International Conference Centre.
 
November 4, 2006, President Hu Jintao in the Beijing Summit of Sino-Africa Cooperation Forum announced that Chinese government would establish AU Conference Center project free of charge. The project is the third measure of "Eight policy measures for pragmatic cooperation with Africa". The construction site is located in Addis Ababa,the capital city of Ethiopia, close to the seat of the African Union. The AU Conference Center is the landmark in African fastigium. The project's influence can compare with the Tanzania-Zambia Railway project. Until now it is the largest China aid project in housing construction. In November 6, 2008, our company won the bid and the project is our important aid project to foreign countries. The construction company China Construction General Company has made political commitment for AU Conference Centre project. Ministry of Commerce has assigned Mr. Zeng Huacheng to be  Chinese government full time representative for China aid project--African Union International Conference Centre. On December 15, representative Mr. Zeng came to our company to give guidance on the supervision work for AU Conference Centre project.
  
9 o'clock in the morning, the special report meeting about AU Conference Centre project was organized and held by our company's general manager Mr. Wang Zhijie. The members of general manager's office, members of domestic supervision team and deputy director of general manager's office Mr. Wang Lei who has been sent to AU Conference Centre project site for strengthening the site supervision management came back on a special trip have attended the meeting. Domestic supervision team   made a  report on management measures and means for AU Conference Centre project. Wang Lei reported the construction site progress and details for the supervision team which were working in Africa. Mr. Zeng gave out 4 advices according to the special characters of  AU Conference Centre project and our company members' reports. And he also gave us important indications. Mr. Zeng highly recognized our domestic supervision work and the supervision work in foreign countries. Our company has determined under the unified leadership of Mr. Zeng,  carrying forward the spirit of our company "One should do his matter himself. Matter shouldn't be classified as big or small. Matter shouldn't be put into the next day", to do the AU Conference Centre project supervision work carefully and fruitfully. We wouldn't betray the expectations of the Ministry of Commerce given to our company.
